# REFUND & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All paid products on **DestinoMatriz (https://destinomatriz.com)**—including the **Personal Destiny Matrix Report ($2.99 USD)**, **1:1 Compatibility Report ($2.99 USD)**, and **3-Way Strategy Guide ($4.99 USD)**—are **one-time digital purchases** (never recurring subscriptions).
Immediately upon completing payment via **Lemon Squeezy** (Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay) or **PayPal**:
1. Your full locked reading sections unlock on screen in real time.
2. Your personalized **A5 Zine PDF Booklet** becomes available for immediate download.
3. An encrypted 30-day entitlement token is saved to your browser, and you can also restore your unlocked reading at any time using the **Order ID** from your email receipt.
## 2. 14-DAY SATISFACTION & TECHNICAL GUARANTEE
Because digital reports and personalized PDF booklets are delivered immediately upon checkout, orders where the full reading has been unlocked and the PDF booklet downloaded are generally considered final.
However, **we guarantee 100% delivery and customer fairness**. You are eligible for a **full 100% refund** within **14 days of purchase** under any of the following circumstances:
- **Duplicate Charge:** You were accidentally billed more than once for the same report.
- **Technical Delivery Failure:** Your payment succeeded on Lemon Squeezy or PayPal, but your report failed to unlock or the PDF booklet could not be downloaded, and our Order ID recovery tool did not resolve the issue.
- **Accidental Purchase / Unopened Report:** You contact us within 14 days regarding an accidental purchase.
## 3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR ORDER RECOVERY
1. **Instant Self-Service Recovery:** If you closed your browser tab or switched phones after paying, click **"Already purchased? Restore with Order ID"** (`¿Ya compraste? Recuperar con ID de pedido` / `Já comprou? Recuperar com ID do pedido`) in the payment section and paste the **Order ID** from your Lemon Squeezy or PayPal receipt.
2. **Email Support for Refunds:** Send an email to **legal@destinomatriz.com** with your **Order ID** (or the email address used during checkout). Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within **2 to 5 business days**.
