## 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & PUBLIC DOMAIN TAROT ASSETS

3. **No Guarantee of Accuracy:** Symbolic systems (Tarot, Numerology, and Saju) do not predict the future with certainty. Users assume full and sole responsibility for any personal decisions or actions taken based on the content of the Services.
## 4. PAYMENTS, MERCHANT OF RECORD (LEMON SQUEEZY & PAYPAL) & REFUND POLICY
1. **Authorized Payment Processors:** Payments on **destinomatriz.com** are processed securely via **Lemon Squeezy** (acting as our authorized Merchant of Record for credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) and **PayPal**. We never collect or store your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
2. **One-Time Purchase (No Recurring Subscriptions):** All prices are displayed clearly prior to checkout ($2.99 USD or $4.99 USD, with approximate local currency equivalents shown for reference). There are no recurring charges or hidden subscriptions.
3. **Instant Access & Order Recovery:** Upon payment completion, your browser receives an encrypted 30-day entitlement token (`unlock_token`) and immediate access to download your personalized A5 Zine PDF booklet. If you clear your browser storage or switch devices, you can restore access at any time on the website using the **Order ID** from your Lemon Squeezy or PayPal email receipt.
4. **Refund Policy:** Because our digital reports and personalized PDF booklets are generated and unlocked immediately upon checkout, digital goods that have already been unlocked and downloaded are generally non-refundable. However, **we stand behind customer satisfaction**: if you experience a technical error, duplicate charge, failed PDF generation, or were unable to view your unlocked reading, please contact **legal@destinomatriz.com** with your Order ID within **14 days of purchase** and we will promptly issue a **100% full refund** or restore your report.
## 5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction); (2) you will not access the Services through automated bots or scraping scripts; and (3) you will not use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
## 6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to systematically scrape, reverse-engineer, circumvent our cryptographic payment entitlement tokens (`unlock_token`), abuse rate limits, or resell our generated PDF booklets or software components for commercial gain.
## 7. SERVICES MANAGEMENT & AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to modify, update, or perform maintenance on the Services at any time without liability for temporary downtime.
## 8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

**THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.** TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL ALWAYS BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM (OR $10.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER).

To maximize your privacy, **DestinoMatriz** operates a stateless architecture that does not require user account registration or permanent database profiling of your birth dates. Your unlocked reading state is stored locally in your browser and cryptographically verified via your Order ID.
## 11. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By visiting the Services or completing an online checkout, you consent to receive electronic receipts and communications necessary to deliver your digital order.
